In this session, Advisory Board researchers and technology experts will provide a framework for participants to evaluate bundled payment opportunities as part of the broader transition to accountable payment models. Presenters will review how leading providers have structured, priced, and implemented bundles with both Medicare and private sector purchasers. Further, presenters will explore early lessons learned from providers succeeding under bundled payments. The session will conclude with a panel discussion featuring providers who have developed and deployed successful bundled payment programs.
